Documents submitted through Spliff are used for candidate assessment, recruitment and the applicable Bulgarian work and residence process. They are not sold or used for advertising.
What is collected
We process the details you enter, file metadata and the content you provide. Access is limited to Spliff, the relevant employer, contracted service providers and competent authorities where necessary.
Retention and control
Recruitment documents are kept only as long as necessary and, under Bulgarian rules, normally no longer than six months after the selection process unless you consent to longer storage or another law requires it. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or withdrawal of consent.
